With Labor Day weekend coming up, we thought we’d turn to Town and Country Magazine for summer cocktail ideas. The Bellevue, a signature cocktail at Forty 1 North, embodies everything that is summer in Newport, Rhode Island. This bourdon cocktail has hints of mint and peach and will surely quench your thirst this Labor Day! Enjoy this cocktail in one of our beautiful Simon Pearce goblets!

Ingredients:

  • · 1.5 oz Elijah Craig Bourdon
  • · .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • · .5 oz Ferrand Dry Curacao
  • · .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • · .25 oz Crème de Peche
  • · Mint spring

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with crushed ice. Whip by moving a bar spoon around the liquid in a back and forth motion as opposed to stirring it. Strain into a glass with new crushed ice and granish with a mint spring. Enjoy!
