Is jewelry made and repaired in Princeton?

Yes. Our bench jewelers and designers work on site, so ring sizing, prong retipping, clasp replacement, stone resetting, and custom design consultations all happen here. Bring any piece in for a complimentary assessment, whether or not it was purchased from Hamilton.
Can I have my watch serviced in Princeton?

Yes. We service many of the brands we carry as well as select brands we do not, and our watch specialists can advise on the right service interval for your timepiece and give you an estimated timeline at drop-off.

Can I buy by phone or pick up an online order in Princeton?

Yes. Call 609-683-4200 and a Princeton associate will help you select and purchase by phone, and online orders can be arranged for pickup at the store. Every purchase comes in our signature Hamilton packaging.
Do you ship from the Princeton store?

Yes. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $250 within the United States. Most in-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days; custom and special orders take longer and we will give you a date when you order. We do not currently ship internationally.
What is the return policy?

With a receipt or gift enclosure and all original boxes, paperwork, laboratory reports, warranty certificates, and component parts, merchandise can be refunded to the original purchaser within 10 days of purchase, or exchanged or returned for a one-year store credit within 30 days. Gift receipts receive merchandise credit. Pieces that have been worn, sized, engraved, or altered, special orders, custom pieces, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
How should I care for jewelry bought in Princeton?

Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined box, keep them away from perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and clean gently with a soft cloth. Bring them back to Nassau Street once a year for a complimentary inspection and cleaning.
